My Summer Reading List

The older I get, the more solace I find in reading. The more I read the more I learn. The more I learn, the more I grow and the better equipped I am to help others do the same. That’s why this Summer I am making a very intentional step toward helping others grow through reading. Enter my “Reader Are Leaders Summer Book Challenge.”

Reading comes easy to some people. Not so for me. Admittedly, I read slow. Sometimes, it takes me two to three months to read a 180-page book. All things considered, I’m OK with that because I like to read with intention while taking notes, highlighting selections of text, and sometimes rereading chapters before I move on. I find that my reading life is much more impacting this way.

Nevertheless, as part of the challenge, I’m up-ing my reading for the Summer in hopes of inspiring others to read more, to learn more, and to grow.

So, you’re welcome to join me on this Summer’s journey. Click here for details about the Reader Are Leaders Summer Book Challenge.

That said, here’s my Summer Reading List.
